I try very hard to keep my postage costs at an affordable rate for my customers. Most of the time postage is free or included in the price of items.  Customers in WA, NT & TAS are required to pay extra for postage.  There is a minimum order for some categories (you will be advised during checkout if this applies) UppaBaby Products are posted FREE (except for WA, NT & TAS customers). Most items are sent straight from my distributors.

I would like you to read the Shipping Information carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products via my website.

SHIPPING
Clever Ideas only ships to destinations within Australia at this time.
Products shipped from Clever Ideas will either be via Australia Post, Courier, or Pickup is also available

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order. However, orders may be shipped within 4 days of receiving cleared funds during peak times such as Christmas.
We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, you should receive your delivery within 2-10 business days.
Australia Post does not include insurance. Please contact me if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.

TRACKING ORDERS
Once I have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number via the email supplied. You can then track your order via Australia Post or the Courier Service used.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Clever Ideas may cancel your order if for any reason I am unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. I will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a Product be missing from an order, please contact us via email with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and I will investigate accordingly.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Any return of Products to me by you will be governed in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
