Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind Returns
- In regards to smaller weight items, such as baby products, and regular sized toys, if you have a change of mind for any reason in regards to your purchase, we are happy to exchange it within 5 days of purchase once it has been returned to us in its original packaging (unopened and unused with original tags where appropriate). The customer must ensure it is appropriately packaged when shipping back so that it will not be damaged via transit and the customer will need to pay the shipping back fee. Please contact me at email@example.com to arrange a return. I am happy to book a courier pickup on your behalf to make the return process easier for you.
- Please Note that change of mind returns are not accepted for larger weight items, such as KidKraft, Plum Play, Step 2, Little Tikes, Cubby Houses and Prams items as these items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and they will not accept change of mind returns on my behalf. Furthermore, these items are also at increased risk of damage each time they are transported due to their large size.
Damaged or Faulty Returns
- For smaller items, such as baby products that are defective I can arrange a replacement if possible, Please email clear pictures of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org
- For larger items such as toy kitchens, dollhouses, prams and playsets I will replace any damaged or defective parts as per manufacturers warranty. Please submit your request to me at email@example.com with clear pictures of any issues you have found and replacement parts needed. We take this matter very seriously and will work on resolving it as quickly as possible.
- Please note if you receive any defective parts and still proceed to fully assemble the item when it has obvious issues and then request compensation, I can only offer you limited assistance. If you only noticed an issue after beginning assembly, please halt assembly immediately and contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
- With larger items, if more than 50% of the item is found to be defective or damaged and a repair is not possible, I will endeavour to arrange a replacement, depending on the item and manufacturers policy. Please contact me at email@example.com to discuss further.
Balloon Inflation & Guarantee
Make sure you are using the correct equipment. Understand we are not responsible for balloons that are damaged or popped when incorrectly inflated.
If balloons are defective when received please contact us to return balloon(s). Once the Balloon(s) are returned they will be tested for their defectiveness. If we don’t find anything wrong with the Balloon(s) the item will be sent back to you, if we do find something wrong we will replace the item for free. Shipping costs are not refunded. Our guarantee only covers balloons when using the correct and appropriate equipment.
- All items that are purchased pre-packaged must be returned factory sealed. We will not refund a partial quantity of a package.
- Costumes may only be returned, if they are unworn and in new condition with original packaging within 5 days of receipt.
- All costs associated with shipping product returns are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable.
- You may choose your own shipping method when returning items.
- You must provide proof and tracking when you return your item, if these items are not provided you will not receive a refund.
- The following items may not be returned, make-up, hats, wigs, beards, moustaches, eyebrows, eyelashes or any other artificial hair item, teeth, undergarments including stockings and noses.
- SALE items are not refundable
- You must Contact Us first to obtain a return number before return items.
