Returns & Exchanges
All items that are purchased pre-packaged must be returned factory sealed. We will not refund a partial quanity of a package.
Costumes may only be returned, if they are unworn and in new condition with original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
All costs associated with shipping product returns are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable. You may choose your own shipping method when returning items. You must provide proof and tracking when you return your item, if these items are not provided you will not receive a refund.
The following items may not be returned, make-up, hats, wigs, beards, moustaches, eyebrows, eyelashes or any other articial hair item, teeth, undergarments including stockings and noses.
SALE items are not refundable

Balloon Inflation & Guarantee
Make sure you are using the correct equipment. Understand we are not responsible for balloons that are damaged or popped when incorrectly inflated.
If balloons are defective when received please contact us to return balloon(s). Once the Balloon(s) are returned they will be tested for their defictiveness. If we don’t find anything wrong with the Balloon(s) the item will be sent back to you, if we do find something wrong we will replace the item for free. Shipping costs are not refunded. Our guarantee only covers balloons when using the correct and appropriate equipment
We usually ship within 3-5 business days, if you have a party or event that you are ordering for, make sure you allow at least two weeks for delivery. All items depending on size are shipped via Fastway Couriers or TNT. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
If your shipping address is wrong and the package is returned undeliverable, refused or returned to us, we will not credit back the shipping charge of the purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be unopened.
